**Thin sliced barbecued beef

or 2 pounds top sirloin steak
5 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons sugar substitute
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons chopped green onion
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
5 tablespoons water
Partially freeze beef, remove and slice diagonally into thin strips. Mix together all ingredients except beef to make a sauce. Pour it over the beef, then mix the meat and sauce thoroughly. Let the meat marinate for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
Heat a charcoal grill. Remove meat from marinade and place meat on grill. Discard marinade. Cook until meat is done to taste. Serve immediately.
(If you don't have a grill, saute the beef in a frying pan or cook in oven broiler.)
Wrap in a lettuce leaf and eat!
