Prepare Ketogenics bread mix. Divide in two equal pieces. Place one section on a long sheet of waxed paper sprinkled with soy powder or soy flour. Roll ball of dough in long, thin rectangle. Brush with melted butter. Sprinle heavily with cinnamon, then a good amount of Splenda, 1/2 cup or so. Roll up lengthwise and place in freezer for 15 minutes. Slice into 1" rolls, (use dental floss by sliding under roll, crossing on top and pulling both ends) makes nice rolls without crushing the dough. Place cut side down on Pam sprayed cookie sheet, brush tops with melted butter. Add more cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or so till browned but still soft. Let cool. Repeat with remaining ball of dough. Makes 24 rolls.
Frosting:
Mix 8 oz. cream cheese with 1/3 stick of softened
butter. Blend in 4 pkt of Spenda and a dash of vanilla.
Blend till cream, use to ice rolls.
