Thai Chicken Breasts

4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken breast halves (about 1.5 pounds)
1 can Coconut Milk
2T Thai hot chili sauce (must be THAI chili sauce! and can be altered up or
down depending on how hot you like it)
1T peanut sauce
2T Dried Minced onion
1T Minced Garlic
Several fresh Basil leaves (for flavor)

Place the chicken breasts in a baking pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients except the basil leaves in a bowl and pour sauce over the chicken. Add basil leavs around the chicken breasts. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
